In Production

Your job is a top priority to us, once your work order/invoice has been created it's immediately moved into our production department. If we are designing your artwork it's scheduled with one of our expert designers. If you have submitted print ready artwork we will prepare a proof as soon as possible and send it to you via email pdf. |
| Design |
Your job is currently in our design department. One of our expert designers will contact you to review your job and go over an estimated time of completion. |
| Proofing |
| We have checked or are currently checking your files and we are confirming that they are good to print. Once we confirm they are good to print, you will receive an email pdf proof and we will be waiting for your sign off to proceed with printing. (Your job will not proceed without your sign off)
If you requested hard proofs (additional cost) ,the hard proofs are being created and you will receive a call when they are ready to ship to you or for you to come and view them at our shop for your sign off. (Your job will not proceed without your sign off) |
| Printing |
Your job is currently in our printing process. Your job is either on our printing press, coating equipment or being cut on our cutter. |
| Bindery |
If your job has bindery, it is having the finishing touches performed. From die cutting, foil stamping, embossing, stitching etc. We are taking care of those extra additions. |
| Mailing |
| Your job is currently in our mailing department. We are retrieving your mailing list, running it through the postal CASS certification and printing the names/barcode on your printed piece. Your job will be dropped off to the USPS as soon as it is ready. |
| Pick Up |
| Your job is ready for pick up. |
| Complete |
| Your job has been shipped, picked up, mailed or delivered. |
